智能无人系统实验室E

Welcome to the Intelligent Unmanned Systems Laboratory at Westlake University!

Our lab focuses on novel theories and applications of robotic systems, especially aerial robots. We aim to create next-generation robotic systems that are interesting, meaningful, and challenging to study.

In terms of research directions, we are currently focusing on 1) autonomous aerial target sensing and pursuit, 2) intelligent aerial robotic manipulation, and 3) robot swarming systems. In terms of technical fields, our research involves 1) guidance, navigation, and control of single robots, 2) cooperative estimation and control over multiple robots, and 3) intelligent target and environment sensing based on vision and multi-sensor fusion. For details, please check our recent papers and videos.

Currently, we have more than 20 group members including postdocs, Ph.D. students, research engineers, and research assistants. Each of them focuses on a specific interesting research direction and in the meantime collaborates with others to create more impactful research results. We have first-rate studying and experimental facilities. More importantly, we have a good scientific research atmosphere that enables students to concentrate to create high-quality research results.

Position openings: Our lab constantly seeks excellent applicants for PhD students, research assistants, research engineers, and postdoctoral researchers. If you are interested, please drop me an email. Before sending me an email, please check our website carefully to get to know our lab better. I would only respond to those that I think might be suitable.
